in lieu of valentines day, i wrote a poem that is apt for everybody's guilty pleasure....a cheesecake (cheesy) moment.

Love me, won't you?
As I've loved you for a long time
Hold me, would you?
As I kiss you in my mind
I long for you to want me
For you to never leave
Because now I'm ready
To wear my heart out on my sleeve
Love me, won't you?
All these I plead
Hold me, would you?
There's so much love I have to give
Together let's share these moments
That life brings our way
I'm done with the empty torments
Instead welcome the new day
